How do I check availability?
Choose your dates and guests in the booking bar on any page. When live availability is connected you will see it instantly; otherwise send us an enquiry with your dates and we will reply with availability and a quote.
Is my booking confirmed when I send an enquiry?
No. An enquiry is not a reservation. Your stay is only confirmed when you receive a written booking confirmation from our booking system or team.
Check-in and check-out
What time can I arrive?
Check-in and check-out times are shown on each stay page under “Stay details” and are repeated in your booking confirmation.
Can I arrive early or leave late?
Sometimes, depending on the bookings either side of yours. Ask us a few days before you travel and we will do our best.
Beach access
Does every stay have direct beach access?
No. We only describe a stay as having direct beach access when it has been verified. Each listing explains exactly how you reach the shore.
Property facilities
Where can I see the full amenity list?
Every stay page groups its verified amenities — outdoor living, comfort, kitchen, connectivity, family and accessibility — so you can check what matters before you book.
Families and children
Are your stays suitable for children?
Many are. Use the “Family-friendly” filter on Our Stays, and check pool fencing, stairs and cot availability on each listing. If in doubt, ask us.
Local transport
How do I get to my stay?
See the “Getting there” section for each destination, and we will share detailed arrival directions with your booking.
Activities
Can you help us plan activities?
Yes. Browse Experiences for ideas near each destination and get in touch — we are happy to share local recommendations.
Payments
How do I pay?
Payment is handled securely by our booking system at the time of booking. The payment schedule that applies to your stay is shown before you pay and in your confirmation.
